Personalized Project Management The personality portrayed by 'the Coordinator' traits is such that he pays too much attention to details and criticizes almost every step of a project. He likes gathering sufficient information before making ad decision and are highly critical of the information they receive from people and sources. They are people who strive for orderliness and correctness with pursuit for factual data and logical arguments. Even after getting the data or information, these are people who will test and analyze the data before using it to make any decisions. They are known to fear irrational acts and impulsive decisions hence known as systematic managers (Rob P., 2015).

Due to these traits, the best project that such a manager can undertake in the business world is the duty of project monitoring and evaluation for the projects that the organization engages itself in. this is a responsibility that needs one who looks for details that could be hidden from average people hence missing the simple critical aspect that may be making the project unproductive. The personality also allows the individual to evaluate a project with utmost keenness and recommend the changes or halting of the project after extensive analysis of the data collected...

That way eh can make decisions that have the futuristic approach to the projects of the organization. The manager will also have the strength of getting support of the staff members on the decisions he makes since he will be able to avail data collected over a long period in support of the decision hence face few possible resistance. The manager will also cause least possible collisions and disagreements in his process of decision making since he will be taking due consideration of each individual's point-of-view. The weakness with such a manager is that it will take long to gather all the finer details and cost the organization money in the process of analysis an lending an ear to all the varied perspectives within the organization.
